I had a pleasant stay during my business trip! The rooms were clean and comfy, which was great for unwinding after long meetings. The location was super convenient, just a short distance from Masjid Qubaa and the train station. The friendly and attentive staff made my experience even better, always ready to help out when needed. Plus, I loved the cozy atmosphere!

There were some downsides. Communication was a bit tricky at times since the staff primarily spoke Arabic. I also found the location a bit far from the main Haram, which meant adding taxi costs to my trip. A shuttle service would be a game-changer! it was a decent stay, but those few things could use improvement.

I had a lovely stay! The room was clean and cozy, with a king bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, it’s super close to Masjid Qubaa and the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and cute, which just added to the pleasant atmosphere.

The location is a bit far from the main Haram, so you’ll need a taxi to get there, which can add up. there’s a language barrier with the reception staff—it would’ve been nice if someone spoke English. Lastly, the hotel lacks facilities like a lobby or dining options, so keep that in mind!

Stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our choice. Distance to the airport was just 25 km. We didn't have time, so that's why we would definitely go back.

Everyone who works in the hotel is hospitable and amiable. The property met the demands, we would still consider staying here again: )

I had a cozy stay with a super comfy king bed and nice sheets. The interior design really added to the aesthetic vibe of the room. Welcome drinks and a lovely sitting area made it even better! The staff was friendly and cute, with plenty of free parking available.

They really could improve the parking situation; it felt tight and chaotic at times, especially underground. A shuttle service would be a big plus too!
